Well hey there!

In case you don't follow my other blog, or most likely have never heard of me, my name is "Hails" (not literally, but everyone calls me that). The story is, my highschool teacher asked me to "expand my mind creatively", which is his way of asking me to look at all possible sides of things, not just one.
Thus, The Empathy Book was born. The idea is, I'm going to take on a massive project that involves listening to all music genres/reading all book genres/watching movies of every sort.. but that's just a surface layer.
I'm also going to study most all cultures, religions and belief systems. This includes reading up on past events that have occured that have really changed the world.
Then it gets bigger. In the fast paced world we live in today, so many things pass us by, and we let them. So I want to hear the side of the story that isn't told. I want to hear from the people left in the dark or turned away. We could all use a walk in someone else's shoes.
That being said, this blog itself is not the actually "Empathy Book", it's simply a way for me to keep people updated on it's progress and fill anyone in who would like to know more, but do not have the access of seeing it in person.
